ART. 1230.- LOS AUTORES EXTRANJEROS GOZARAN EN EL ESTADO DE LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR QUE LES CONCEDEN LOS TRATADOS CELEBRADOS POR MEXICO CON LOS GOBIERNOS DE LAS NACIONES A QUE PERTENEZCAN.
A FALTA DE TRATADOS, GOZARAN DE IGUALES DERECHOS QUE LOS NACIONALES, SIEMPRE QUE EN SU PAIS SE OTORGUEN LOS MISMOS DERECHOS A LOS AUTORES MEXICANOS.
