ART. 2560.- EL MANDATO JUDICIAL SERA OTORGADO EN ESCRITURA PUBLICA, EN ESCRITO PRESENTADO Y RATIFICADO POR EL OTORGANTE, ANTE EL JUEZ DE LOS AUTOS, O DE MANERA VERBAL EN LA DILIGENCIA, PREVIA IDENTIFICACION BASTANTE DEL OTORGANTE, A SATISFACCION DEL JUZGADO.
LA SUSTITUCION DEL MANDATO JUDICIAL SE HARA EN LA MISMA FORMA QUE SU OTORGAMIENTO.
