ART. 2858.- EN CUALQUIERA DE LOS CASOS MENCIONADOS EN LOS TRES ARTICULOS ANTERIORES, PODRA EL DEUDOR HACER SUSPENDER LA ENAJENACION DE LA PRENDA, PAGANDO DENTRO DE LAS VEINTICUATRO HORAS, CONTADAS DESDE LA SUSPENSION.
