Artículo 79

TITULO SEGUNDO SERAN NULAS

ART. 79.- LAS RESOLUCIONES JUDICIALES SON: DECRETOS, AUTOS, SENTENCIAS INTERLOCUTORIAS Y SENTENCIAS DEFINITIVAS; DECRETOS, SI SE REFIEREN A SIMPLES DETERMINACIONES DE TRAMITE; AUTOS CUANDO DECIDAN CUALQUIER PUNTO DENTRO DEL NEGOCIO; SENTENCIAS INTERLOCUTORIAS, DECISIONES QUE RESUELVAN UN INCIDENTE PROMOVIDO DENTRO DEL JUICIO O POR CUERDA SEPARADA Y SENTENCIA DEFINITIVA LA RESOLUCION QUE PONE FIN AL JUICIO PRINCIPAL.
