TITULO CUARTO DEL RECURSO ADMINISTRATIVO · CAPITULO UNICO DEL RECURSO DE REVOCACION

ARTICULO 152.- LA TRAMITACION DEL RECURSO DE REVOCACION ESTABLECIDO EN ESTE CODIGO, SE SUJETARA A LAS NORMAS SIGUIENTES: (REFORMADA, P.O. 24 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2014)

I. EL ESCRITO DEBERA PRESENTARSE A TRAVES DEL BUZON TRIBUTARIO DURANTE LOS CUARENTA Y CINCO DIAS SIGUIENTES AL CUAL SURTA EFECTO LA NOTIFICACION DEL ACTO QUE SE IMPUGNA ANTE LA AUTORIDAD HACENDARIA ESTATAL COMPETENTE, EXCEPTO LO DISPUESTO EN EL
