Artículo 627.- En el caso previsto por el artículo anterior, cuando, por cualquiera circunstancia cese de tener la custodia del hijo el ascendiente a quien corresponda y deje aquél de habitar con éste, entrará a ejercer dicha custodia el otro ascendiente, con el cual habitará entonces el hijo.
