ARTÍCULO 141. La segunda y ulteriores notificaciones personales se harán indistintamente por la o el secretario judicial o notificador, si las partes se presentan al tribunal respectivo. Deben firmar las notificaciones la persona que las hace y aquella a quien se hacen; y si esta no supiere o no quisiere firmar, la o el secretario judicial o notificador hará constar esta circunstancia.
